1. Using Songshift

Songshift is a free tool that runs in your browser. By using it you agree to these terms.

2. Your files

Audio and video you load are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to our servers. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you load, remix or publish.

3. Copyright

Do not use Songshift to infringe copyright. Remixes of other people's music may need permission from the rights holders before you publish them.

4. Watermarks and ads

The free version adds a small watermark to exported video and a spoken/sound mark to exported audio, and may show advertising. Removing them requires access granted by the developer. Attempting to bypass or break the access system is not allowed.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from its use.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
